BlueClassic Saver, a high-deductible plan that meets federal requirements for use with an HSA (health savings account) with a $5,000 deductible option available.	BlueSelect HMO plan offers two options. BlueSelect Plan 2 requires copays for most covered services. BlueSelect Plan 3 is a lower premium HMO with deductibles and coinsurance applications for inpatient facility charges.
